Terms and conditions
Please note that German law has to be applied.
1. The Booking
A contract exists between us when we have received your written or oral confirmation on our trips.
2. Payment
After confirmation a deposit due to our invoice is payable directly into my bank account immediately. The remaining sum has to be paid cash in EURO after arrival at the hotel. There will be a surcharge of 3% if you make the payment by credit card.
3. Cancellation
If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the booking, you must notify us in writing. In any case the date of canellation will be at the date on which notice is received in our company. The person who made the booking must also cancel it. Please note the following cancellation charges:
4. If you change your booking
If, after your confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangement in any way, for your chosen departure departure date or accomodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible and sometime you have to pay cancellation charges.
5. Passports & Visas
To travel to Sri Lanka from overseas countries one needs a 6 months valid passport and a valid Visa. Any processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the costs. For Sri Lanka you need a 6 month valid Passport for a stay until 30 days. For longer stays you need also a valid Visa.
